This Terms and Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between eu9my ("Platform", "we") and any individual who registers or uses eu9my services ("Member", "you"). This agreement governs the use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by eu9my.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or using any part of the eu9my platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated here, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which form part of this agreement.

For a deposit of RM1,400 that earns the maximum bonus of RM1,000 (balance RM2,400), the wagering requirement is RM1,000 × 25 = RM25,000.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed directly for cash.
• eu9my reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if there is evidence of abuse or misuse of promotions.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period set for each promotion.
• Wagers placed using certain bonus funds may not count in full toward the wagering requirement depending on the game type.

eu9my is not liable for losses arising from:

• Service disruptions or technical failures that are beyond our control.

• Losses resulting from account use by an unauthorised party due to the member's own negligence.
• Policy or rule changes by third parties including payment providers and game developers.

eu9my's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.
